Front third badly damaged, probably burned out. Middle third burning, probably engine room gone.

I'd say a good ship loses roughly 20% of the seamen.

Since Russians on sea are probably as "motivated" as the land people, I'd say a loss of 40-50% of seamen is not out of range.
