In Russia? 🤔 Democrats didn't send a single American to die in...Russia...?

Democrats: Russia is a threat to Europe and our allies, they have stolen land from multiple countries in recent history, they've broken countless promises to not invade anymore land, they're currently brutally invading another country and slaughtering tens of thousands, acting exactly like the Nazis, we have to help them (Ukraine) to resist the Nazis but pathetically put a bunch of rules on Ukraine and drip feed support because we're terrified of upsetting Russia too much.

Trump Admin: I'm going to give Putin 500 deadlines and threats and then ultimately do nothing when he breaks every single one because I'm either terrified of Putin, or I'm a Russian asset, I won't make a single tough decision against Russia and will stab our allies in the back, Putin will make a complete mockery of me and I will take it like a loyal little dog. Who knows, maybe when he breaks my 700th deadline/threat I will give him Alaska as a consequence, that'll show him!

Democrats didn't do enough, Trump isn't doing fuck all.

sometimes I wonder why big US companies still want to be based in the US,
it is clear that Trump/JD Vance are selfish and dishonest, short-sighted individuals that behave like children

don't mind my username, that was more than 10 years ago, I'm a different person now, amazing how people change ^_^

I've always assumed it's because the US restricts their business less than many otherwise comparable countries would. Also, there's probably many other factors deeply rooted in history too (e.g. cultural things that support entrepreneurship, especially in tech). It seems like it's great for growth and business, but it also seems to create inequality and hence unhappiness among the portion of the population that isn't doing that well, so there's a price to pay for that success. I haven't looked into this in greater detail though, because it's probably a pretty nontrivial whole, but this is my current assessment of things. Anyway, I'm not surprised companies want to be based in the US, and besides, relocating probably isn't too easy either (especially with the current US admin).

Russia is wanting to drill for oil in the antartic, will be violating many treaties if it does this. However, I've looked at other content on russia's polar ambitions and this is the one region that they are doing very well in. They have 5k troops in the area, many ice cutting ships, and more than one base. All they need to do is bring their army in and start drilling.

Ilsky refinery in krasnador training has been hit again.

Now that Ukraine has the flamingo, they can hit their targets much harder than what these drones can achieve and put things out of service much longer. So expect the refineries to start getting knocked out for longer periods once the missles can be used.

Russia launched the largest mass aerial attack on Ukraine of the war, firing 805 drones and 13 missiles at targets across the country. The Cabinet of Ministers in central Kyiv was struck for the first time in what Foreign Minister Andriy Sybiha called “a serious escalation.” on.ft.com/4ghT1hQ

Days after Trump's super serious deadline ends, Russia launches its largest strike yet.

Zelensky calls out Trump’s shifting deadlines and failure to change Putin’s course after Russian air attack. “It has been repeatedly said in Washington that sanctions will follow a refusal to talk… The world can force the Kremlin criminals to stop the killings. All that is needed is political will.”

Easy answer: They can extort the population through manipulating politicians.

PACs and Super PACs are basically a way to buy votes legally, and if that is not enough, they can make "donations" to the politicians directly. The president is thus basically just a spokesperson for those corporations, who has just to do the bare minimum to keep the people somewhat happy/distracted to balance out all the handouts, both financially and legislatively.

Trump being a businessman means he understands their language and what they want - and it's pretty clear he's mostly doing their bidding when not talking about Ukraine or following Project 2025 stuff.

Maybe they ran out of hospitals, schools and residential buildings to hit? Nah, they're still killing children.

⚡️Update: 2 killed, 11 injured in large-scale attack on Kyiv.

At least two people, including a 1-year-old child, have been killed in a Russian drone attack on residential buildings in Kyiv, Mayor Vitali Klitschko said.

Wish we could send drones, flamingos, storm shadows and neptunes all to the Kremlin building at the same time.
