For some reason I thought Let's Go's initial sales were lower than that. In that case, Diamond and Pearl will probably sell at least one to two million above that.
Will Metroid Dread ship 3 million in it's first quarter? | |||
| Yes | 15 | 68.18% | |

Nice predictions apart from Mk8D because i highly doubt it will only ship 1.4m, the bundle probaby did a million on it's own. |
Whoops, definitely screwed up some math there yea. It sells more than that in a regular quarter. I'll go ahead and fix it
Try out my free game on Steam
Now here are all my predictions:
Hardware for the quarter:
10.5mil
Edit: after the low PS5 numbers I'm gonna lower my hardware prediction:
10.1mil
Software:
100mil
Games:
MK8D: 42mil
ACNH: 37mil
SSBU: 27.2mil
BotW: 25.6mil
Sw/Sh: 23.7mil
SMO: 22.8mil
SMP: 17.5mil
Let's Go: 14.2mil
Splatoon 2: 13.1mil
RFA: 13.5mil
NSMBUDX: 12.5mil
LM3: 11mil
SM3DW+BF: 8.8mil
Mario Golf: 2.45mil
TLoZ: SS HD: 4.8mil
Miitopia: 1.6mil
WarioWare: 1.2mil
Metroid Dread: 2.5mil
MPS: 6mil
BD/SP: 12mil
NPS (without Japan numbers): 2.38mil
Last edited by Kakadu18 - on 02 February 2022@Doctor_MG I wouldn't be surprised if BDSP reaches sales of 13 million at the end of the holiday quarter when the results are posted by Nintendo. Less than SWSH, which is to be expected, but still high sales. It was released on a system that essentially just crossed the 100 million mark (probably ending 2021 over 103 million).

With PS5 shipping 3.9m and Xbox series 4.4m i think the low ten's for Switch is most likely now, i just hope it doesn't dip below 10m because i want it to be the second ever console to break 10 million in a quarter on three seperate occasions. I think it will stay above 10m mainly because October was so huge and it can offset the slightly dissapointing NPD Nov + Dec. You reminded me about LM3, i think we definately get numbers tommorow, it must have broken 1 million from Apr to Dec.
