Well another VR dev, good. It keeps showing Sony is investing on PSVR2.

sony doesnt just buy a studio outright,

they do partnerships and build trust 1st while working with the said studios,
look at insonniac they worked with them for like 20+ years and then returnal devs, they worked with them for 7 years+? see the difference with microsoft is they'll just buy whoever they want coz they can coz they swimming in cash... no partnerships no building trust whatsoever and that is a recipe for disaster,
bethesda gonna be relaxing now they can float with lifejackets on, they aint making great games recently what makes u think theyll make spectacular games for microsoft haha

I just don't think this particular move is a cause for concern in anyway. Small team with a small portfolio. 

I do think this bodes well for Firesprite though. They apparently have 3 games development and the increased headcount will benefit them

I'm totally cool with that. If it can help a dev out great. I'm just starting to get stressed about the overall trend.

The concern is valid, but except the PC porting company they bought everyone else was working with Sony for several years, so the aspect of multiplatform being lost to exclusives really don`t apply.
