That's a hilarious turnaround if KOTOR Remake is PS5 exclusive considering the original was an Xbox exclusive. Sony must've payed a CRAP TON of money for that kind of exclusivity!

They problably did :) But I think this is a good investment to be honest. Also, this is a remake, not a remaster so I expect this to be quite pretty. Cannot wait to play this :)
