Been watching Neighborhood Wars. Hate it whenever victimized neighbors end up moving when it should be the problematic neighbors moving.

That's the same on Judge Judy and other of those TV judge shows. Don't like your neighbors, move! is always what she shouts. The justice system doesn't care about problematic neighbors, only about people taking matters in their own hands.
Some themes with the Judge shows
1. You don't have car insurance or it has lapsed, you lose.
2. You're on social assistance, you lose.
3. You retaliate against your neighbors, you lose.
4. You have a pitbull, you lose.
Things I learned from TV Judges:
Never rent out houses / apartments. Nightmare.
Never trust a contractor.
Never buy a car of the internet / private sale.
And of course never loan money to family / friends. (but found that out the hard way already)
Customer wars is even worse btw, unbelievable. Civilization is really only one meal away from collapsing lol.
Then there's Road wars as well. It seems the USA is already in a civil war!

Or maybe we're just noticing more of the Karens and incels like we see on A&E. Makes me really appreciate anyone who stands up to these cock suckers, like passengers of an NYC subway train that chased some racist idiot (who kept shouting "First amendment!!" to justify calling people the n-word), and then someone hit him in the face with what looked like either mustard, soup or hot cheese.
Just finished Fraiser the new series and have to say I really enjoyed it. The started watching "workholics" let's just say this show is like a live action south park.

I couldn't help but be a little sad when Frasier went to a bar named after the late John Mahoney, who played Martin Crane in the original series. :(
On a happier note, got to see this idiot on My Strange Arrest:

Since there was no news update on this site about the Tsukihime Remake since it's announcement, I didn't even know it released a few weeks ago. Technically a video game, but visual novels are more watched than played. Should arrive within the next couple weeks.
Just watched Dune Pt 2. Another masterpiece. Doesn't quite match Pt 1, but still a phenomenal film. Villeneuve is just on another level. I assume there's a Pt 3 coming? Please?

Yes. Villeneuve plans to finish his Dune project with an adaption of Dune Messiah. I just hope after the great success of Part Two, the studio doesn't suddenly force him to try and leave it open for more possible sequels.
He had a clear goal to end it with an adaption of Dune Messiah, which makes me think he could end up making some drastic changes from the book to make Paul and Chani's stories feel more conclusive and satisfying.
