The DK Rap (as previously mentioned) is good fun. I like the intro to Banjo Kazooie for similar reasons.

As cheesy as it is though, I can't look past the intro for the first Resident Evil

Amazing intro for one of the best games of all time. It's sad they didn't remaster it for the new definitive edition.
