Ban these losers. I support this. It's a ps5 catalogue, end of story. Cheap ps4 players selling or buying this are idiots.

Plus the games in the collection are older now anyways and can be bought on the cheap if PS4 players want them. Especially this month where quite a few of them are on sale for 10 bucks.

What exactly are the details on this? I heard that PS5 owners were trying to sell their PS Plus Collection codes online, and were getting banned for it. That sounds ok to me, you shouldn't try and sell free codes that come with your system imo. But are they banning the people that buy and use those codes as well? If so, that is wrong of Sony for sure, most of those people had no idea the code they were getting was sold to them illegally.

There's no code selling. Ppl are paying PS5 owners to let them use their user account to activate the PS5 games.

The PS+ Collection should of been available to subscribers on the PS4 along side the PS5 from the start so people don't have to activate it through a PS5 console.

While it would have been nice it's always been an incentive for getting a ps5

People are entitled.... "if I pay plus I also have rights to this so if the company don't give them I steal".

I hadn't tried to use it even though I have an active 12 month PS+ subscription. Now I find that I wouldn't have been able to use it anyway.

Well if PS+ Collection isn't available to PS4 users even though they're paying the same monthly/yearly fee for PS+ as PS5 users, I can hardly blame people for using friend's PS5 consoles to activate the Collection. It is 100% dirty of Sony if they are banning people that do that. If people are selling PS+ Collection access online, that is one thing, Sony is well within their rights to ban for doing that, those people are stealing money from Sony. But banning legit PS4 PS+ subscribers who are just using their friends PS5 to activate a service that should have been available to PS4 owners to begin with, that is wrong for sure. Hopefully there is enough backlash that Sony is forced to capitulate.

So do you also want all games that are included on bundles for new buyers be included in your library as well?

Sony is doing a promotion to attract PS5 purchase by offering 20 games for free if they have a valid PS+

Loaning, selling, gifting access to people that don't have a PS5 is essentially either doing charitable work with another person pockets (in this case Sony and devs) or is profiting from other people property (which mind you is a crime).

Not sure why you are defending them though. Some have sold as much as 300 reclaim for PS Collection.

Pretty much point being its like how MS offer Gamepass to XB1 and XBS/X owners also.

The is no reason for why Sony has to offer such a deal to only PS5 users while leaving out millions of PS4 owners who are also paying the same price.

Yes its to entice people to the PS5 but its also still anti consumer. And also its not the same as bundling in a PS5 game with the PS5 or bundling PS4 games with the PS4. IE PS3 users dont expect to play PS4 games on their PS3.

Hopefully this will give enough backlash to change Sony's policy here and offer them games to the paying PS4 users of PS+ too.

Edit

And also its not the same as shops offering you so many games in a PS5 bundle vs another shop..

If your in the market for a PS5 your can choose whatever bundle you want. This is different. PS4 users are already paying the same price for PS+ as anyone on PS5 and all them 20 games are PS4 games not PS5.

Sony is the one immoral for restricting the collection to PS5 owners only. Everyone is paying the same price and the games work on both consoles. Banning people was also a shitty thing to do.

Not at all, Sony gives you the games because you bought a PS5.

And that was very clearly marketed.

Bullshit, the other PS+ owners still get excactly what they joined the service for and people that pay the additional price of a PS5 get access to the collection titles. Buying them btw costs less than a PS5. Sony could've made the collection titles arbitrarily only run on PS5s, but instead it's the PS4 versions, so ppl with access to them can play them on their PS4s aswell and nobody gives a damn if ppl share the collection to a few friends/family.

Sony rightly takes action if someone abuses that to sell/give access to dozens or hundreds of people.

It never ceases to amaze me how much people are socialists when it comes to other people money/expenses. You can't gift or do charity with what is from another one, you can only do it with what is yours. What these people have done even if isn't legally called it is a form o theft. If you want to do it, it is your choice, but don't claim good will or anything in that line to cover yourself.
