Here are some more clues:

32.  This game is the first time that this series had a female as the main protagonist.  However, some fans consider this game to have no "main" protagonist since several characters get a lot of attention from the story.

31.  In this entry you have amazing control over the character's main weapon as you fight your way through the home of the greatest villain ever.

30.  There is a PS4 first party exclusive that is strongly inspired by this third party entry, the first time this franchise went open world.

29.  This first entry in the series is based on a classic piece of literature.

31 - Doom?

29 - American McGee's Alice?

Oh, I had totally forgotten about that game. A long time ago that I played it. I remember it being strange and fun and having weird weapons.

31. No, I don't have FPS games on my list.  I played a decent amount of Doom back in the day, but I could never really get into the genre.

29.  Nope.

#38: A PC-exclusive Pinball game with a horror theme.

Hint #1: Tables are a haunted Castle, a Dungeon, and Frankenstein's Laboratory, complete with the Monster in it's center.

Hint #2: It's the second game in that specific series, 3 more were to follow.

Hint#3: The predecessor had 3 tables in space, with buildings from Outpost, the successor had Dinosaurs, the next one had a NASCAR theme and the final one a rollercoaster theme.

Hint #4: They also made a Minigolf game with an identical naming scheme, just switching out the Pinball at the end for Minigolf.

Hint #5: The series was published by Sierra On-line

Looks like nobody found out about this one either, which is a bummer. I still find that 3-D Ultra Pinball: Creep Night is the purely digital best pinball game ever made, and that's sad since it uses a 16-bit executable to launch, meaning it doesn't work on 64-bit OS anymore unless you virtualize.

#30: Capitalism, ho!

Hint #1: You have to pay back the debt accumulated by your father by selling stuff, most of them being adventuring related.

Hint #2: You get the items to sell at your store either from the quartermaster who supplies most of the (unseen) stores in town, from the little stalls at the market, but mostly from the dungeon since those are of course free. For this end you hire a hero to fight for you while you transport the goods you find in chests or from monster drops, hidden under a shield and invisibility spell, so only your chosen warrior can get hit.

#27: Game over, yeaaaaaaaaaaaah!

#26: This game is from a series of turn-based strategy games where you lead entire armies into battle, stack by stack.

26. Heroes of Might and Magic 2.  (That's the one I like.)

I like that one too, but not as much as the one I'm looking for.

#29: PC Building Simulator?

HoMM VI? Or is that too far?

Yeah, that's too far I'd say.

I don't know any PC building simulator, but do you eat PCB to build a PC? So no, wrong.

And as HoMM II, III and VI are taken, I opt for HoMM IV.

That's the one!

It added some quality-of-life things that were strongly missed in HoMM III, which is why I prefer the 4th entry to the series.

Dark Souls is a thrd-party title inspired by a first party exclusive. So wrong way around.

If thinking about beautiful games, Child of Light is without a doubt among the first games that come to my mind. Realized with the UbiArt-engine used for Rayman Legends this games realizes playing in an watercolor-image. If you look at it in animation, Auroras hair is always flowing, which looks incredible. Also it is connected of the story of the flood. But it is all, the characters, the environments that are beatifully realized.

The story is about a girl named Aurora, who wakes up after an illness (and possibly death) in the magical land Lemuria, which is itself in trouble. As she is searching for a way back to her father, she is helping different people around the land and earning their friendship. After all it is a story about growing up emotionally, nicely fitting to the RPG-mechanic of leveling up.

Fighting is done in a turn-based matter, which uses relatively modern mechanics in turn-based RPG-fights. Level-Up is kept simple with an ability chosen from three alternative paths. Each character has it's own unique abilities, which keeps fighting interesting and to defeat some enemies you need the differing abilities.

Outside of fights the game features light platforming and puzzle elements. Story is progressed mostly by dialogue, which is presented often in rhyme.

This heartwarming game about friendship and personal growth on challenges is something everyone should've tried. It is not a particularly long or deep game, but it is beautiful a just a nice game overall.

OK, new hints are needed apparently.

#30
Cast spells at your servants to make them fall down.
Giant monsters vs. giant aliens!

#29
Eat PCB (printed curcuit board).
You play a round red/orange (not yellow!) blob.

#28
This game had for the last three years exactly the same position in my list, now it changed.
This first game in it's series is based on the gameplay of a previous series from the same dev.

#27: Resident Evil: Revelations by S.Peelman
Lost on a creepy ship.

It's kinda sad (but not surprising) to realize that I own a lot of the games you guys mention but I've never even tried them.
