You can describe any version you’d like in your list and/or mini-review here, but remasters and the like will be counted by mZuzek together with the main original game for the final tally to have one entry per game. For remakes this is generally the same, except for those few that are substantially different in for example gameplay, additional content or even genre in some cases. For Pokemon Heartgold/Soulsilver in particular I’m unsure if it’ll be counted with the original or not, but you can include one nonetheless.

But i would add, that mZuzek consider the platforms, so it makes a difference if you put Xenoblade Chronicles or XC:Definitive Edition, as it means it will be counted towards the Wii-list or the Switch-list. You can name multiple platforms for your game though, if you played it on multiple platforms (as I do, because I am a sucker and repurchase game I already played for my newest and shiniest toy to finance multi-million corporations...).
