Assassin's Creed titles and a couple others from Ubisoft are also not compatible apparently:

Incorrect.  Also that is the issue with creating this thread. It removes all the info from the previous thread.

Also the issue with why people need to actually read the things they link to.

That ubisoft blog post? Gone. Deleted. Taken down. It was wrong.

So instead read this thread https://gamrconnect.vgchartz.com/thread/243696/on-the-subject-of-ps5-backwards-compatibility/

Didn't know about that, thanks for the clarification

Also two games use boost mode being god of war and Ghost of tsushima so that you can play them in 60fps in resolution mode.

Please excuse my (probally) poor grammar

I feel like we've been here before...have we been here before?

I mean seriously, the PS5 will be running most PS4 games. Maybe not all with enhancements, and maybe a small number will not run as smoothly as the native hardware...but it should be pretty obvious by now that the odds of the PS5 running you entire personal PS4 library are pretty damn high.

You're welcome.  IGN did a better job of reporting the updates than others.

IGN, who would expect it right?

Kinda of, but the thread was closed.

duduspace11 "Well, since we are estimating costs, Pokemon Red/Blue did cost Nintendo about $50m to make back in 1996"

http://gamrconnect.vgchartz.com/post.php?id=8808363

Mr Puggsly: "Hehe, I said good profit. You said big profit. Frankly, not losing money is what I meant by good. Don't get hung up on semantics"

http://gamrconnect.vgchartz.com/post.php?id=9008994

Azzanation: "PS5 wouldn't sold out at launch without scalpers."

Still confussed.

Don't forget to order you PS4 camera adapter (USB plug) if you have a headset
https://global.support.playstation.com/s/pscamera-adaptor?language=en_US

Unless you live in Canada like me, that version of the site is still not working. And trying to order from the link above (which does allow Canada as shipping address) you can't complete the form since it says "ZIP/Postal codes must contain letters and numbers only" for Canadian postal codes. (which contain only letters and numbers, yet 6 instead of 5 as in the USA, it doesn't accept 6)

This one https://global.support.playstation.com/s/pscamera-adaptor?language=en_CA does nothing.

That's super weird as it worked for me the day they announced this news and I am in Nova Scotia.

Does the link work for you now?

I tried the official link on the ps support site as well
https://support.playstation.com/s/article/PlayStation-Camera-Adaptor-FAQ?language=en_US
and that leads to
https://www.playstation.com/en-ca/404/
Page does not exist

Two days ago the Canada site said it was under construction. That works now, but the psvr adapter stuff is still dead.

Is boost mode on the PS5 works the same like in the PS4 Pro?

No you're right, the site does not exist. That is so weird, I really don't understand the issue they are having. Sony just should have packed this adaptor in the box with the PS5 to begin with.

For myself, I followed the link on Twitter that Shu gave on the first day last week and the serial number and my Canadian address went through with a confirmation email from Sony.
