It's actually a really solid launch line up. Though launch line ups are typically scarce at best.

Yeah, I didn't get the plat trophy. If we include all of the game's content together it goes a little past my 70 hour mark to something like 80 or 90. I think we have to keep in mind that a lot of trophy hunting is filler though. That's why I wouldn't exactly call it a full 100 hours of content, even with a plat trophy.

yeah that's fair. A lot of trophy hunting is busywork. That said, I do still think that the way cutscenes were integrated into the game changes how we perceive the interactivity in them enough that 10% feels a whole lot less than that since you still have some control in most of those scenes. Of course, that's just my view on it.

I genuinely think the only Sony console that had a launch year anywhere as good as this was the Vita...and we all saw where that trash pile ended up. (A shame, too; I still think the Vita is a great and underrated system, but facts are facts. that handheld console did NOT sell well at all)

The original post also forgot to add in Playstation Plus Collection that's a really big deal to someone new to the Sony eco-system or if you missed out on any of the titles that got added to the collection.

Nudity isn't the only thing being censored, get your mind out of the gutter.  Censorship is never a good thing and only leads to controlling information.  



...to avoid getting banned for inactivity, I may have to resort to comments that are of a lower overall quality and or beneath my moral standards.

Think about it, though. Either have a game with all the violence and/or nudity in the game but an A-O rating (Adults only and thus not able to sell in many markets), or censor it and get it down to rated M and sell a shit tonne more. 

You're looking at it like a left-wing radical, not a businessman. Censorship is often more about striking a balance or compromising to get your game out to wider audiences than it is some sort of political silencing. Yeah, the latter happens and it sucks, but I'd rather censor my work to get it to a wider audience than risk having it banned or heavily restricted. I don't know about you, but I think that's a pretty big win. For some more outlandish indie games, I can see wanting to give creative freedom to the developers to make whatever damn game they want, but for most games compromise is just part of the process.

100% agree with you OP. PS5 first year looks amazing, IMHO, hands down the best selection of Exclusives/Timed exclusives.
Also, i'm truly amazed that Playstation didn't just cut support for PS4 final year to hold games for PS5, like Nintendo did with Wii U. Sony delivered a amazing 2020 and is set to deliver a amazing 2021, this all in times of Covid-19.
