Does count. You can pick at technicalities, so can I. X, X-2, 12 and 13 all had variations of turn based, 15 didn't. That's 1.

Well, then I say to you FFXV wait mode is turn-based, and I declare XVI is too. So voila, nothing to complain about or discuss here ¯_(ツ)_/¯

You clearly like turn based rpg games if you have Teddie from Persona 4 as your picture.

The message of the day is wait til 2021 to buy in.

Yeah, it seems like( and correct me if Im wrong) that all big first party and thrid party games are 2021 and beyond. Makes me wonder what 9th gen exclusive games the pS5(and XOne) are launching with.

My (locked) thread about how difficulty should be a decision for the developers, not the gamers.

Demon`s Soul, not my type of game, but it truly received a major overhaul. Bluepoint is really good at this.
Gameplay show, seems a lot more smooth than the original and even other titles from souls family.
The reload seem very fast, which is good for a game you die a lot.
No date or exclusivity mentioned unfortunately.

It’s a Japan Studio game... What more mention of exclusivity do you need?

Why is the difference a $100? Why does removing a disc drive lower the cost a $100?
Are those new and expensive or something?

The disc drive is like 20$.
So the 100$ differnce is actually more like 80$ and maybe a few $ less in plastic and shipping/packageing costs.
They basically sell it at a loss, but recoupe it from digital sales haveing higher returns than physical.

They are seriously charging $100 for a disc drive, wtf!

Probably not. I think its ''mass market'' version that Sony will make less money/lose less with, and the ''normal'' version to make up for that lost money, even if a little bit.

Not to mention that, due to the digital PS5 being digital only, Sony has a higher profit margin with every game sold(since the retailers get no cut on games sold).

It's official. Sony knows what they are doing. And that is a GOOD thing.
