I'd say 2 is still worth a play, as long as you have a high spec PC or an Xbox One X, as the game is best on those 2. 1 is just too dated to play at this point, badly needs a remake from CD Projekt.

While a remake of 1 would be awesome, I'd disagree that its too dated. I honestly enjoyed 1 slightly more than 2. The gameplay isn't quite as polished for sure and its a bit of a clumsy game but mostly in a way that's actually kind of fun, same as the Elder Scrolls games, and the story is exceptional.

So to farlaff I'd recommend you to play all 3 witcher games, though ofc I'll agree that 3 is the one that's an absolute must play. And good luck with Skyrim, just go wild and explore. I'm currently playing Oblivion and doing just that.

Thanks, man. I'm at level 33 right now and have finished the skill of the archery line and reset it to legendary. It's almost at 80 again lol. Archer seems way too powerful but some close encounter dudes sometimes give me a good bash on the head.

Nice, sounds like you're making solid progress. I've never tried making a fully archer focused character, but I think there are generally several ways to get really strong in Skyrim. My main character was just a heavy armored warrior-type using the Dragon Shouts a lot and he quickly became a force to be reckoned with. Its not exactly the most difficult of games, but still lots of fun.

Two full months into the game my Archer character is at level 79 and I'm already thinking of my future playthrough. If anyone sees this, please join one discussion that I have started here: https://gamrconnect.vgchartz.com/thread/243717/skyrimstarting-into-mods-i-really-need-help/
