If the biggest issue they have is a lack of showmanship this is gonna be a good gen for Xbox. Compared to 2013 a lack of clear communication is a blessing and frankly a bit nit picky to find flaws. Lol in the end who really cares if they can’t communicate their intentions for showings.
They spent untold hundreds of millions to have more studios cranking away then PS, in the end the games will do the talking. Gameplay is inevitable.

Comunication is just one of their problems and a simple one at that, that for some reason they cant get over after so many years. After this event you got to admit that buying studios wont fix their issue of lack of talent, they will just pump out more low quality games quicker, wich does at least fix one of their problems wich is low output. Quality is still a hell of a long ways to go it seems. And as long as gamepass is their main buisness plan, I dont see them ever fixing that on issue.

Lack of talent, tell that to Playground and Obsidian. The other studios don’t have near perfect records like those but are still capable of making great games. I mean cmon we getting a Xbox exclusive Skyrim. I don’t need to see gameplay to know Obsidian has that in the bag.
I mean they made it clear they are doing both small to large scale games. Guess that’s the next stigma to overcome. But I wouldn’t say they are lacking quality. Aside from Bleeding Edge games like Ori 2, Gears Tactics, and Minecraft Dungeons got good scores. This month has 4 XGS games and I don’t expect all of them to be critical duds either.
Maybe Battletoads, but Flight SIM and Wasteland 3 each have a ton of care put into them if you keep track. Tell Me Why strikes me as a wild card.

Xbox: Best hardware, Game Pass best value, best BC, more 1st party genres and multiplayer titles.
