Persona 3 reload anc like a Dragon both have more points than FFVII rebirth, when you include the PS4 version. Although I expect the opening sales of FFVII to be slightly larger. If P3 Reload would have launched on Switch though it would most likely have decimated FFVII Rebirth.

If just like the usual, P3 Reloaded is coming with the Switch successor. 

As for VII Rebirth, I mean it's a sequel to a game that sold well in Japan. But didn't make the banger numbers some wanted it to do. FF16 did less so than it. 

Franchise hasn't been on a positive trend of sales there, so it's difficult to expect Rebirth to do much better than the release of a Persona game knowadays.
