The polls were definitely off. Most were showing these to be 5-10 point races.

Wisconsin looks like there are barely any votes left to count, low thousands. I take it the only reason it hasn't been called either way is because of how tight it is.

Also, I can see just under two thirds of votes counted in Detroit, which suggests a larger number of blue ballots yet to be counted. Enough to turn the state blue?

Basically means nobody is gonna trust polls for a long time if ever after this...

And AP are now showing Michigan as blue with Detroit still to declare its final tally.

Michigan flipped in favour of Biden, and the gap in Pennsylvania is now below 600k. There's still hope!

Just thinking, if Biden (or Trump) do finish on exactly 270 this will really bring the role of faithless electors into focus. I don't believe they've ever had the chance to alter the result before. Imagine the fallout if they did.

I remember some Clinton supporters tried to get them to do this in 2016. As much as I don't like Trump, it is for the best that this didn't work.

Depending on the source you're looking, it's already blue with about 6% ballots left to count.
Never had a doubt about it though. Biden was catching up extremel fast there. It was 53.3% Trump vs. 44.9% Biden when I first looked at it some 8 hours ago.
