Um, Latin America is really everything of the American continent with the only exceptions being Canada and the USA. So the listing of USA, Canada and Latin America covers all countries of America. No need to look for exceptions.

Except in VGC from what I remember it is USA+Europe+Japan, everything else was throw on RoW.

Yes. The switch is not selling as well in Europe as in other countries. Europe has twice the population as Japan and US combined, but only a fraction of the overall switch sales.

Selling a bit worse than PS4 doesn't equal to "is not selling well". Actually, selling almost on par with PS4 in Europe means very good sales as PS4 is currently the third best selling console in Europe of all time.

PS4 is really the poor pc setup for European, this is what people see :p Cmon parents buy it for their children to play FIFA , PES, COD and GTA. This is the machine what is for! There is no quality and fun gaming in the afore mentioned games! Switch does great and some people cannot overcome it!
