I watched latest Brad Sams video. He mentioned interesting fact that MS initially planned to launch Series X in September which makes sense because Cyberpunk 2077 could be a huge launch title. But I'm not sure if it is possible anymore given the current situation.

Was watching the Digital Foundry video for Ori 2 just now. Definitely a technical mess. Framerate drops way below the 60 target on XB1 and XB1 S, as low as 28 fps. Even on XB1 X there are some pretty significant frame drops. Respawn load times are also way longer than they were in the first game. I’m honestly not sure how Moon went so wrong on this one. These performance issues were present in the E3 demo, they’ve had many months to fix them.
I’m honestly not convinced that their upcoming patches will be enough to fix the problem, especially on XB1 and XB1 S, the frame rate drops are just too large to overcome with patching. Optimizing in another 20-30 FPS will be nearly impossible. They may need to just lock XB1/XB1 S framerate at 30 fps to avoid the constant stuttering from uneven frame times.

At this point, I think the only stable 60fps console version of the game would be the next gen version.
