On the subject of Fable and Horizon 5 releasing the same year, I think it's entirely possible. It all depends on when they're ready. We have to remember that Fable has been in pre-production since early 2017, and active development since 2018, would be kind of strange for them to release it in 2023, giving it 5 years of active development, while Horizon 5 will also have been in development since 2018, assuming they started on it immediately after finishing Horizon 4 (like they started on 4, 3, and 2 immediately after finishing 3, 2, and 1). So there is absolutely a possibility of both Fable and Forza Horizon 5 in 2022 imo, assuming that Horizon 5 isn't 2021 and Fable isn't 2023. The only thing that would make Horizon 5 a 2022 release instead of 2021 is if they decided to wait on Turn 10's new build of ForzaTech instead of a making a cross-gen Horizon 5. The only thing that might make Fable 2023 imo, is if Obsidian's Avowed or Bethesda's Starfield is 2022, I'd say that MS is less likely to allow 2 RPG's in the same year, than to allow Horizon and Fable in the same year.

So the chances of both Horizon 5 and Fable in 2022 aren't great imo, but it is possible. I personally think the most likely scenario is Horizon 5 in 2021 and Fable in 2022 or 2023 though.

I feel the same way.

Out of all games mentioned in the poll, I've only played Halo 3 but voted Lost Odyssey for the reason that I think this game deserves another chance. Just hope that if it ends up being remade, they won't change it from turn-based to action combat like in latest FF VII remake. Halo 3 is fine as it is right now already on Xbox One X. The second one that probably needs a remake is Banjo Kazooie because just like any other N64 game, it didn't age really well.

Wow people are still very salty about the Bethesda thing. I am not even brave enough to post anything in those thread as it will just become a shit show anyway.

But at first it was: "their games suck, we don't care"...
And now that they finally realize that games will be exclusives they are either bitching Spencer for being "such a bad person" or talk nonsense about the 7.5b$ they need to recoup to grasp on some very unlikely hopes that games will not be exclusives.

How is nobody realizing that they do not need to? They are all talking like Microsoft would lose so much money by making it exclusives when it is not at all the case.

Microsoft does not need to recoup 7.5b$. While you can argue about the value of the assets they got (IPs, Games, Studios, potential revenues in the future, etc...) and probably agree that this is not 7.5b$ worth, it is probably worth 4 or 5b$. They had to pay an extra on top of it to secure it and this is what they would basically need to "recoup"... And like any deal, this is about potential revenues and growth at the end which is guaranteed 100% with those games/studios...

Here is how quick you can get into a game on Series X from sleep mode with quick resume turned on:

If you don't use sleep mode for whatever reason, testing shows about 18 seconds to cold boot Xbox Series X, which adds a fair amount of time to the process, but it's still way faster than cold booting Xbox One.

Damn that really fast.

Just want MS to announce Starfield and Wolfenstein 3 (Bethesda’s next projects) as official lifetime exclusives so people on the other side can move on already. The Game Awards are the likely place for that.

Don’t be hesitant, so long as you have your convictions and knowing you won’t be the only Xbox fan in the weeds you’ll be fine :)

Xbox: Best hardware, Game Pass best value, best BC, more 1st party genres and multiplayer titles.

Am I the only one thinking even though we are green now, that Xbox should be represented by black in VGC's next generation charts? I really feel it would look really classy if we became "Team Black" instead of Team Green.

I prefer Green.

Valve and Microsoft are about to announce something twitter

What made you think that? Did you read something somewhere?

Guessing a game pass partnership like EA.
