It’s not that I was expecting Halo to look as good as Horizon, that clearly wasn’t happening since Halo is cross-gen. I was just disappointed that it didn’t look near as good as the early part  of the 2018 reveal trailer. 

The problem wasn’t that Halo didn’t match Horizon 2, it’s that Microsoft didn’t show a single game that even came close to Horizon 2’s graphics. They needed a graphical showcase title and they just didn’t have one. Announcing all of their 1st party games except Forza with CGI trailers was a mistake. They needed to show that they will be able to compete with Sony’s 1st party on graphics, and CGI trailers doesn’t do that.

I was hoping that Hellblade 2 would be the game to do that but instead they just announced a dev diary lol, they blue balled us hard.

If would have saved the reveal trailer for this event instead of TGA I think that the showcase would have had a better reception.

Going to wait for SX before playing any of those games, I'll start with Halo Infinite, then Cyberpunk, then AC Valhalla and then decide what to buy on the maybe list.

Doubt I will buy anything.

Just play the new Game Pass games and some old stuff with visual/performance/loading time upgrades.

Around lunch ill get CoD, and cyberpunk, and use gamepass to play Halo and first party stuff. Will get watch dogs when it goes on sale.

3 of the Top 4 best selling games on Steam right now are on Gamepass. Carrion, Halo and Sea of Thieves. Crazy how good these games still sell on Steam.
