So in terms of big "exclusives" Halo, Tetris, Crossfire SP, and The Medium are the only launch titles.

They didn’t say but a good chance Gears Tactics and Flight SIM will make the cut

Xbox: Best hardware, Game Pass best value, best BC, more 1st party genres and multiplayer titles.

It's crazy when you consider how much they didn't show.

Wasteland 3
Microsoft Flight Simulator
Battletoads
Age of Empires III DE (not Xbox but Game Pass)
Age of Empires IV (not Xbox but Game Pass)
Project Mara
Hellblade 2 gameplay (considering it was one of the first XSX games announced)
Gears Tactics for XSX
The Initiative game
Compulsion Games game
Playground Games racing studio game

That's enough for a second show if you fill the gaps with some 3rd party games.

I enjoyed the show it had a great pacing with small snippets of talking between to give a bit of life to the presentation opposed to it been just a trailer reel probably a 8/10 but man both this show and Sony's were not great showcases using 1080p 30 fps streams to show next gen and going back to watch Halo and some other stuff at 4k/60 makes them look and flow so much better.

A little disappointed we didn't get Hellblade II gameplay as I really expected that but overall a great show I think the big news is that everything shown is launching into Gamepass and I'm now quite tempted to buy a Series X and have the games I don't have to pay $60 for provide me with a "free" console.

InXile rpg also wasn't shown.

Guess I'm in the minority of actually being really happy with that event.

On the plus side, Microsoft clearly dropped that "all 1st year games will be cross-gen" malarkey Booty was pushing earlier this year. Almost everything they announced today is Xbox Series/PC only, barely anything for XB1 aside from Halo and Tell Me Why.

We address one problem and 2 appear lol

Reading the mixed reactions bummed me out. I came out really liking it and hyped. Ninja Theory not showing Hellblade 2 gameplay and Fable not showing anything in engine we’re my only 2 cons.

But the more I read the more I’m seeing what they didn’t do. And as much as I’m hyped for Halo, I can’t argue the graphics matched what I saw in the engine reveal trailer:

Over all I’m excited for Halo and Avowed. Holy shit is that game gonna elevate the platform. Loved the LOTR and Elder Scrolls vibe

Looking forward to Digital Foundry's video for Halo Infinite. People are saying it wasn't a next-gen showcase, but I thought the huge open world and environment looked amazing. There was a lot of stuff going on, and the gameplay looked quick and fun.
