After finishing season 2's battle pass, I had to go back and complete season 1. Which you'll see there's a straightforward "change battle pass" option. 

Good to know. What I am excited to see are challenges that are no longer mode specific. It was rather annoying get a "win a CTF match" or w/e and having to play through several matches before getting a CTF match.

Teams still working as games take time (Bethesda was still under Sony's hats at the time, hence Ghostwire no Xbox). Plus with gamepass' third party offerings it did help offset it to be better than 2017 I feel.

Xbox should try and acquire Eidos and Crystal from Embracer after the Activision-Blizzard deal closes. Embracer clearly can't fund them properly, and Xbox has them assisting on 2 different 1st party games.

With Eidos having over 600 employees though, I do wonder if maybe they're working on 3 Xbox projects.

Deus Ex is in pre-production which means likely no more than ~100, another was rescoped, if the other is Compulsion as rumoured then either Fable must have a large chunk of Eidos on it or they're assisting on another project, extremely unlikely many will be on Compulsion's project if that rumour is true, it's not a AAA game.

Obviously, it's not a Crystal Dynamics/The Initiative situation but it could be something more like Coalition/Splash Damage.
