I really hate this stupid ActiBlizz deal, I wish that it never happened.

I'm with you on this one. I think MS made a terrible mistake embarking on this deal. They should have just done what Embracer has been doing and buy half the market little buy little. I mean, $70b would be enough to buy around 70 midle-sized studios around the globe. Now they have their hands tied up and can't move until the damn deal is done.

Metal: Hellsinger is worth checking out. Nice visuals, controls are tight, and a good soundtrack. Following the rhythm fits well with this style of FPS gameplay.

Good to know! Hoping this Activision deal gets through ASAP. I'm like Tony Khan, need a new toy to play with. Little bored of Activision.

I feel that they are going to go all out and secure the studios that make sense if that’s the case, Certain Affinity, Asobo and IOI too that list imo and then you have Skybox Labs as a support studio too.

I don’t think that MS will pry away Avalanche from Nordisk Games, they are doubling down on investments by buying Supermassive and a percentage of Mercury Steam.

I personally believe that Platinum Games will happen, MS don’t really have a choice If they want to expand in Japan without having to acquire a publisher that would be scrutinized even more after the ActiBlizz deal gets approved.

Selected Diablo in the pole. If WoW or Starcraft were to make it to console, I would give them a go. Overwatch never attracted me.

Wo long Demo out for the Xbox if anyone interested.

Damn, guess I'm the only one here who actually loves the Activision/Blizzard deal (from a gaming perspective).

Every single news story posted on vgchartz that has to do with Microsoft/Sony/ActiBlizz always gets to 100+ comments lol. To say the deal has divided the gaming community would definitely be an understatement lol

I have no problem with the deal.  MS is getting great properties and IPs.  The thing is, if Acti/Bliz is up for sale, it would be absolutely foolish for MS not to take that deal.  When MS buys Netflix that is when things are going to hit the fan.  That next purchase is also going to be big and a lot of gamers probably not going to like it but for what it does for MS as a company will be huge.

Ugh, after the CoD Next livestream yesterday, some Halo content creators and the Halo subreddit are all calling out 343 about why they can't put out that kind of content for Infinite and that they're going to jump ship to CoD. Does nobody know that literally every single Activision studio as well as a number of third party support studios are all working on a single franchise?!? We're talking about 500 or so developers at 343, like 100 or so at Certain Affinity, and another 100 at Skybox Labs (only working on Forge) versus like 3000 developers working on CoD. Would I love Halo to get that kind of support? Hell yes I would! And it should! But that's not the reality in any way shape or form.
