They really should do more with the Fallout IP before Fallout 5. Even a remake, or spin off from Obsidian.

That was exactly my take. If you go into Starfield with No Man's Sky or Star Citizen expectations in regards to gameplay, you are going to be sorely disappointed. 

Out of curiosity after the announcement of the Persona franchise FINALLY releasing on Xbox, what other JRPG franchises are you hoping will come to team green? Final Fantasy of course being the top of the top lol

Yeah, just because you can use space ships in space in a space RPG  doesn't mean it's a space sim. Oblivion wasn't a horse sim and GTA isn't a sports game. 

I've kind of given up on FF. I find it very hard to want to support SE a company who takes any bit of handouts. If they come to GP they come, but I'm kind of done with SE. 

Other franchises:

Ys- Played 8 and 9 on PS5, would play them again. 
Trails of- Cold Steel 4 game series would be a great addition to gamepass as they all for better or worse are connected to each subsequent one. Plus any of the new ones.

Guilty Gear as well for more fighting games

There are smaller ones like Neptunia I wouldn't mind coming to Xbox, or Ni No Kuni, but I'm not holding my breath on. Other one offs from Compile Hearts, Falcom, NIS, etc. Games from Atlus that have skipped Xbox like the persona spinoffs would also be great. Most importantly future consistency, a game like Persona 6 has no business being a PS exclusive and I'd be annoyed, but not shocked if it is exclusive. In an ideal world, every 3rd party game announced for PS and Switch would also get an Xbox copy, but I do not see that happening anytime soon.

I'm going to need that Metacritic for TMNT. Beat em ups are a great genre for game pass I feel. We need more of them And I need to play more of them.

In addition to those mentioned by @Spade , Shin Megami Tensei ofc. Need more Atlus goodness. Anything else? Well, I don't know. Xbox already got almost every somewhat significant Japanese franchise in the last few years. Square Enix's Mana series remakes skipped Xbox from what I remember recently, but it's Square Enix, so who knows. 13 Sentinels from Vanillaware would probably be nice to get. First Valkyria Chronicles game. Maybe Xbox can start diversifying it's portfolio by embracing Japanese rhythm games (Taiko already hit Xbox earlier this year), like Hatsune Mike games or Groove Coaster. If we are being realistic I highly doubt that we will ever reach that point when every Japanese game comes to Xbox, so at least getting all known names would be nice for a change.
