Anime inspired RPG by a western studio? Meh I already saw how Afro Samurai turned out.

need to see what it looks like but if they made a game inspired by The Man with the Iron Fists (a Movie by Wu Tang Clan member RZA) it would be cool.

Could be something along the lines of afro samurai and Samurai Champloo. Of course this would be my dream game if they are taking their art direction and gameplay along the lines of these 2 shows.

A Wu Tang Clan game is a very random thing to fund.
Makes me think MS is more interested in the studio rather than the game. Not necessarily as an acquisition target but maybe they see potential in them and want to establish a partnership.

Been on a vacation in Belgium for the past week. Can finally play some games again. Some more impressions:

Borderlands 3 (trial) - Played it for about an hour. Will definitely get the Ultimate edition one day. Feels like a natural successor to Borderlands 2.

Scarlet Nexus - kinda disappointed with this one. Gameplay is alright but the environments seem like generic corridors and they were already repeating some of these environments during the first few missions.

SkateBIRD - Crap. I'd rather play Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 5.

Asphalt 9: Legends - Surprisingly good graphics for a F2P game that's known to be a mobile franchise. Still no match for Forza though. Extremely heavy F2P mechanics. Terrible menus. Tons of grinding required. Gameplay is very arcadey but not bad. AI is a little weird but offers some competition (police chases are no fun at all though).
Decent game to sink some hours into while listening to podcasts or watching YouTube.

So Jeff Grubb just said that Wutang Clan is actually involved in Project Shaolin and it’s Diablo like with loot.

Idk This game might not be for everyone but it does sound interesting.

Hopefully this one is big, Project Shaolin doesn’t seem AAA to me.
