Looking back at Grubb's rumoured line-up for 2023.

  • Avowed - Seems likely, Jez just responded to a Tweet that he thinks it's most likely 2023 too.
  • Fable - Unsure on this, I wouldn't have been surprised at a 2023 release but if Avowed is too close to it I can't see them releasing them both months apart, I don't know, I think if Fable doesn't make 2023 it will more likely be a scheduling conflict.
  • Perfect Dark - Should have a good shot with Crystal Dynamics being brought onboard, assuming all of pre-production has been completed and they enter full scale production now, instantly attaching a large AAA studio to it will do well for its development.
  • Everwild - Seems unlikely with recent events unless they release it early like Sea of Thieves, hopefully not, maybe this document was before it was rebooted.
  • Hellblade 2 - Seems likely with everything we've been told.
  • Contraband - Seems likely, I think another insider said 2023 too and I believe Jez or Grubb said that they've missed some internal deadlines too.
  • InXile's Next IP - Doesn't sound likely to me, especially if the rumours are true about the scope of the project.
  • Compulsion's Next IP - Seems likely, the marketing lead of Compulsion Games did an interview last month where she said that their next IP is currently in mid development.
  • The Coalition's Next IP - Seems likely, The Coalition are efficient, a fairly decent size and we've heard this new IP could be on a smaller scale compared compared to other projects.

So I'm unsure on Fable, Everwild, InXile's IP but that's 6/9.

I'm wondering the possibility if some of these titles, especially the unknown ones, are much further along than expected and may suddenly be released in 2022.

Because so far, the only confirmed 2022 first-party Xbox titles are Redfall and Starfield. I'm sure Grounded will get a full release, CrossfireX will finally launch, and I'm expecting the next Forza Motorsport to be released next holiday, but there's not much else in the known schedule.

You called down the thunder, now reap the whirlwind

Avowed sounds pretty amazing. Definitely moving it higher up on my most anticipated games.

Avowed details sound promising.

I'm a little taken back by the Avowed details. As I was with many of the other games that I wasn't too interested in but am now. Starfield was always on my radar but the scale of the game never hit home until the lines of script numbers came out. Redfall didn't even make me flinch until the leaks came out and now it's in my top 5 anticipated titles. Now Avowed making Skyrim seem small, jeez, ...
...joy, sweet baby Jesus.

...to avoid getting banned for inactivity, I may have to resort to comments that are of a lower overall quality and or beneath my moral standards.

While I understand it is extremely important to have it on November this year, X0 events should happen late February to early March.

Q2: E3

Instead of seeking to convince others, we can be open to changing our own minds, and seek out information that contradicts our own steadfast point of view. Maybe it’ll turn out that those who disagree with you actually have a solid grasp of the facts. There’s a slight possibility that, after all, you’re the one who’s wrong.

Like what? Nick has been fairly reliable overall. He's accurately leaked both Xbox, Playstation and Multiplatform stuff.

Gee idk...maybe like for example when he was on Rand and Jez podcast right before E3 talking about how what he just learned about who MS was gonna buy is gonna shut down down resetera. Dude is a windbag.
