As others have said, it has a 2D version of the game, dual audio, orchestrated and MIDI soundtracks, new story arcs for characters and more QoL changes. Yes, I believe it deserves a higher score than the PS4. And about the visuals... It's running on 30fps, the same framerate of the base PS4 iirc and it doesn't even look that bad, considering the hardware it's running. Here's a few screenshots that I took from the demo:
It still is a good looking game, just not as good as the PS4 version, for obvious reasons.
