No, but that's because my Switch already does what the Lite does, so there's no point for me to buy another. Unless it's for someone else or to share with your family then I wouldn't see the point of getting another one ...

I already own a Switch. So, no, I will not be buying a less-functional version of the system.
Since I only care about TV play and already own a base Switch, no.
I still think it's a good idea though, as there are a lot of people out there who'll pounce on a cheaper Switch geared for handheld play.
I feel like a lot of people on the internet are still missing the point of the Lite and applying the flawed logic of "if it's not for me, it's pointless".
Bet with Liquidlaser: I say PS5 and Xbox Series will sell more than 56 million combined by the end of 2023.

I can see how the responses on this thread would make it seem so. I don't have any issues with the existence of the Switch Mini, though I still don't understand why Nintendo couldn't just make it dock-compatible. I wouldn't be getting it either way, it's just weird to me that they didn't do it because it doesn't seem like an expensive thing to put on the thing.

Oh I wasn't referring to anyone in this thread, it's just a general comment I seem to see all over the place on Youtube, Facebook, IGN, etc. "What's the point, it's just a worse version of the regular Switch." Apparently these folks don't understand the concept of an affordable entry-level model.

Totally don't need it but have a turquoise pre-ordered.
Nope, not rich enough to needlessly re-buy something I already have.
