umm... what? Your uncle doesn't want his son? WTF?

Son could smell, heck, he doesn't even have a 2DS, get with the program kiddo! I wouldn't want a kid without a decent Nintendo handheld either if I'm honest.

Better put a joke mark, some people may think you are serious =p

That'd be a nice gesture, those 2DS are bricks perfect for small kids

Yeah, that would come as a shock to someone like you. Not everyone in the world is a nice person.

@dx11332sega go for it. No point in keeping it if you're not using it, especially if you have another 3DS model (which I don't know if you do). Do keep in mind, though, that giving consoles away to kids is a path you can't return from. Like, if you wanna borrow his 2DS when you feel nostalgic about it in 10 years, I promise you it either won't exist anymore or won't be functional.

You don't have to be a nice person to want to be in your child's life, and want him in yours.  You just have to not be a scumbag.

Plenty scumbags around though. scumbags also make for really attractive prospects to women who aren't all that up to date on minding themselves! Can lead to lots of kids without a dad or well... with a dad who is currently on the longest round trip to the store since Amelia Earhart.

If someone was to think the comment was serious, what would the issue be? Someone who can't see a joke getting offended for a smelly child made up and disrespected in the same single line post? If they start a gofundme page for said child I think I would be the only beneficiary of the funds, as the unwanted smell child's creator!

Shit I think at this stage 50% of every post I make on this site is in some way intended to be at least light hearted and slightly humour based, I'm 36 imo that's too old to be getting serious or bent out of shape by most things online. Unless someone replies and just calls me a c**t or w/e, that gets old fast.

Well, yeah. That was my way of saying "scumbags exist".

Edit: on that matter, I do have a friend whose father rarely ever wants anything to do with, and is instead more focused on hooking up with women 20 years younger than him. Sadly, yes, these people exist.

I hear you. But unfortunately oversensitive people can cause trouble for you and your funny remarks.

I will keep them in mind when I click submit and grin to myself like an idiot about my daft comments like the one in the "Ads" thread. I couldn't help that I read the title of it initially with an i in the middle and made my comment based on that "mistake"
