It is quite easy to get to your first post, just go to My Topics click on the Last Post triangle and you are set.
And for your first thread, click on My Posts, then My Threads and click on the left arrow.

Solution is to clear your cookies (doing it for last hour should be enough)

Threads it easy, I never created threads really as I don't need to. "Your view on current Marvel Comics/Studios" in 2013, I was reading them then and as I'd long since left CBR, wanted to see if there were people here that read them. I've stopped now after Bendis, Hickman and the clique basically ruined everything.

Post though, wow. Was on a thread about Twisted Metal Black 2, or the idea of it. Posted that I loved TM and "They really should do a new version for the PS3." Sadly TM on PS3 did not turn out as well as I hoped.

Not bad for my first post, really thought that mobile could make it big!

And my first thread: Wi-Fi play for Dr. Mario Wii confirmed!
