I don't understand what you're getting at. Do you have some dietary restrictions? You just want people to tell you stuff that they like?

Instead of seeking to convince others, we can be open to changing our own minds, and seek out information that contradicts our own steadfast point of view. Maybe it’ll turn out that those who disagree with you actually have a solid grasp of the facts. There’s a slight possibility that, after all, you’re the one who’s wrong.

Can you guys recommend me any packaged foods? Which one should I get of these? Is there another option?

Everything can kill you. Key is in moderation.

Try eating some fish in your diet.

Lean Meats
- Turkey (no skin)
- Chicken (no skin)
- Sirlion (Leanest part of Beef)
- Deer
- Rabbit

I'm not sure if I understand your question. You want to eat healthy meat? Then you probably shouldn't eat cheap fastfood or packaged meals. Try fresh meat that's low on fat. Or even better, eat fish instead of meat.

Also, don't eat more than 500g of meat/fish per week.

Alright so, avoid packaged frozen foods then , I do love fish but I heard from some website last year that any seafood is bad from any grocery store that it has some high cholesterol? I'm unsure if where can I get fish from ?  Any places I can get fresh fish and not fish left in front of display for 12 hours in in grocery store :(

No nuts ,no almonds , no fruits, no vegetables, Mcdonalds, or pork......hmmmmm. As far as the health war between Taco Bell and Little Caesar's?.......I guess it depends somewhat on what kinds of pizza and how many slices. Looking at the nutritional value of the gordita, it doesn't seem particularly healthy, and it doesn't even say how large it is, so I can't get any idea of how filling it may be. I take it you simply don't like nuts, which is too bad since they're all healthy in different ways. I don't have any recommendations at the moment aside from chicken or fish as far as meat you may like. Simply frying either in olive oil, with salt and pepper ( maybe breaded with some bread crumbs, the store bought, pre-fab kind ) can be great. And if anybody tells you fish isn't a meat, wrestle them.

- Oh, like Cobretti2 mentioned. No skin on the chicken.

Alright, I'll settle for the chicken (no skin). Is it good to eat chicken everyday ? Just wondering ?
