I don't know if it is true or not, but some people are saying that the 9 digit codes are for the Japanese PSN.

Whenever I get to the place where I need to download the patch, it stays at zero for a few minutes, and then it always gives me a message that a "Network Error Has Occurred"

:l This is frustrating
