PS4/Xbone are not my cup of tea.

When the Switch isn't meeting my needs I play on my 360, Wii, Xbox, PS2, N64, PS1, Megadrive, or SNES.

Bet with Liquidlaser: I say PS5 and Xbox Series will sell more than 56 million combined by the end of 2023.

That is a strange number I didn't think there were than many Xbox ones out there.

~28.5m PS4s and ~24.5m XB1s have been sold in the USA, so the percentages reflect a small lead in PS4 sales.

Legend11 correctly predicted that GTA IV (360+PS3) would outsell SSBB. I was wrong.

A Biased Review Reloaded / Open Your Eyes / Switch Shipments

I have a PS4 Pro, Switch, and a base model X1. I had a launch PS4, but traded it in after my wife got me a Pro. My X1 is pretty much for Rare replay, Just Dance, and steaming tv services.

My main alternates between PS4 and Switch. Over the summer, my PS4 was front and center. As of late, Switch took center stage. Finally about to start Red Dead Redemption 2 though and I just ordered Persona 4 for my VITA...I am never going to finish my backlog...

This is in the US where the XBO has sold over 24m.

I have PS4 + Switch, however I haven't touched the Switch since finishing Mario Odyssey. Handheld gaming is not for me, the cartridges are way too fiddly for my liking and since my kids use the Switch I can never find the damn thing anyway. I would buy a standalone tv only unit that uses discs. I'm old, can't read the print on those tiny cartridges.

No need for cartridges.  Digital is the way to go for the Switch.  So convenient and fast.

Personally for me I dont go digital with Nintendo consoles because I don't trust them when it comes to handling stuff online and they're digital presence is noy as strong and safe as Xbox Live.

I would be curious what % PS4 and XB1 owners also have a 3DS. I wouldn't be surprised if it was 40-50%.

I have a PS4, PS4 Pro, and XBONE. 99% of my console gaming is on the PS4 Pro.

Xbox does not make sense in my opinion, but whatever you like I suppose.

I know its hard to accept. But there are people who prefer Xbox than PlayStation.
