The graphics look pretty great too, this game was obviously buildt from the ground up for the system and it shows.

It does look good.

Definitely getting excited for this. The Yokai games on 3DS just didn't interest me enough, but the Switch title is looking like it's shaping up very well.

Hoping localisation doesn't take too long.

The soundtrack sounds great too!

Uh ? I thought they just reused Ni No Kuni 2 graphic engine for this.

It is built in Unreal Engine 4.

The forest scene looks gorgeous!

Pocky Lover Boy!

I was never a fan of the 3DS games. It was like playing a turn based JRPG, except you didn't have direct control over your team. Your party would perform attacks at random. The only two things you could do was retire them for healing, or make them do their limit break attack. Both things took the stylus to do.

But Yokai Watch 4 seems to have dumped that lame combat, and is now more like Ni No Kuni. So I'm pretty hyped for this one.

Looks awesome, never been interested in Yokai Watch but will probably get this once it's localized for the West.

so pretty, I would like to start with the yokai watch games do they follow some kind of story?

That is the kind of efford I want Game Freak to show in the presentation of the next gen Pokemon. Don't cheap out with Let's Go level of graphics.

You know it deserves the GOTY.
