Its reasons like this that so many insiders stop giving data over the years, assholes on forums attack them anytime they give out tidbits that are only 99% accurate or dont line up with their personal preferences.

Benji, MatNPD & Magic Pork are currently our only look into US sales data and all three of them have expressed hesitance to share anything on forums because people are constantly hostile towards them when things dont go their way.

I suppose for the whole holiday period Switch sales could exceed 9 millions units sold (with the huge Smash boost) and 11 millions shipping, so with already 5 millions shipped since march, the 20 millions shipping goal doesn't seem too high

That don't have anything with my point that PS4 did had better deal than Switch, so I dont see why replied to me on first place?

Fact is that Switch still has launch price point while PS4 did had price point in less than 2 years on market, point that PS4 had higher launch price point that Switch dont change that fact, different type of consoles/different value of consoles, I mean 3DS had lower launch price point that PS4 and yet had price cut to $170/180 only 6 months after launch.

What people failed to see here is, Sony needs to ship a free latest game like Spiderman with a huge price cut in order to win in a unit for this month while Switch takes the revenue.

December is looking very ugly for PS4 and probably will be in the last place behind XBX1

Ugly is an overstatement, even if its 3rd and sells like 800-900k in December, that is very good for a $300-400 console that is 5 years old.

Ugly in comparison to competitors. For example, if Switch managed to sell 2 Million while PS4 only 1 Million - 900K.  

Nearly 1 Million difference is going to be nasty.

In what alternate dimension are the two even comparable? One just predicted Switch to lose all the time, while the other has access to actual retail data.

ONLY...1 million lol......As Zorg said no matter how you slice it there is nothing ugly about those numbers....especially for a 5 year old console. Not sure what people are expecting lol but Sony seems very content.
