Depends on what tattoo it is. It could either look ugly, or look good. I personally don't mind neck tattoos.
If there's a job you want, find out if neck tattoos, or tattoos in spots where people can see, is okay.
If you require alcohol to have fun, then you have a problem
I think neck tattoos look unattractive but I don't like tattoos in general.
Would not consider it for myself but dont mind seeing them on others
The only viable neck tattoo is a barcode.

Here in Germany no one cares for tattoos, unless you want to be a luxury waitress and it’s on your forearm, throat or neck I guess.
