What did they sell FY2018 Q2?
3 million? I reckon they'll be around the same for this quarter.

Somewhere in between 3,5-4 million units shipped

This is FY Q2 2018, if you meant Q2 as in April to June 2018 they only shipped 1.88m, it was a very dissapointing quarter.
Switch will probably be around 22.5m, but I am much more interesting to SW sales and number of online subscribers.
I'm really only curious about the online subscriptions. 20+ million consoles and cheap subscription, but you can get cheap family accounts and people regard it pretty poorly, so I'm thinking less than two million subscriptions, less than $30 million in subscription fees due to all the "family" memberships.

That would be around 8% of user base, that's very low, I expecting at least 3m+.

I would bank on a lot more Forniteplayers than 3M. It was downloaded more than 2 million times in the first 24 hours so just another million downloads in 4 months seems way too low.

People are still going to want to play games like Splatoon 2 and Smash though, the holiday will no doubt see a spike in subs.
