Yeah, sure Butch, go ahead, make a "playful" joke to Tara Strong about one of her closest friends committing suicide. Nothing utterly immoral or unforgivable about that at all.

Older news, but doesn't make me hate Butch Hartman any less. I'm done watching his shows.

Yeah, that was pretty iffy humor. I had no idea the entire female cast of SP was replaced by soundalikes so early in the shows history. I'm a big fan, but consider the first few seasons to be fairly poor, so I've rarely revisited them.

I checked who Butch Hartman is and it says hes the creator of Fairly oddparents and Danny phantom .

Recently I watched this video posted by the animator/cartoonist that worked on him on those Youtube videos of him.

Pretty douche thing of him to straight up use the guy like that,even tho he still got paid. Is a shame all of the things that came out of him, because I actually really like Fairly Odd Parents, Danny Phantom and Tuff Puppy and really admired the guy before that.

That's understating how awful it is that he said that. I hope this ruins his career and that his current shows get canned for it.

Just a nervous joke, I'm pretty sure he regretted it as soon as he realized what he actually said. There is such a thing as intent and I doubt his intent was malicious.

He did regret it, but it doesn't make me hate him any less.

I'm normally good at forgiving people, but what he said RIGHT TO TARA STRONG about ONE OF TARA'S CLOSEST FRIENDS, I want nothing more than to see his career in shambles and his shows given the axe.

Never knew he said that. I actually like Butch Hartman. He made FoP, Danny Phantom, Tuff Puppy, etc. He's even worked on toons like Johnny Bravo. Sure it was a tasteless joke, but I don't think he meant any ill will. Doesn't make it any better though.

He didn't mean ill will, but I still can't forgive him, and it'd be nice if I could forgive him because I really liked Danny Phantom and Tuff Puppy.
