Omfg! Game Dev Story is one of my favourite mobile games I've ever played so I'll defo be picking that up.

Game Dev Story is a great little game.

Though I feel like it's going to be incredibly overpriced on Switch.

It's £2.49 on mobile atm, £4.99 or less on Switch would be good.

I feel like they could charge anywhere from £8-£12 though.

Never heard of those games, but Hot Springs Story reminds me of a browser game called Resort Empire: http://www.littlegiantworld.com/games/resort-empire/

Please excuse my bad English.

Currently gaming on a PC with an i5-4670k@stock (for now), 16Gb RAM 1600 MHz and a GTX 1070

Steam / Live / NNID : jonxiquet    Add me if you want, but I'm a single player gamer.

I bought Game Dev Story for only 1eur back in the day, so it's obviously going to be higher priced.
Mobile ports increase their price with respect to its published market.

I'm not putting the quality of their games in doubt, just the originality of one of those games.

And I don't really play on mobile, so thanks but I'll pass.

Hot Springs Story was released February 2011, Resort Empire was released February 2013.

That's why I sent you the wiki link, Game Dev Story was first released for Windows in 1997 and ported to mobile in 2010.

Resort empire was released in 2013, pretty sure they were inspired by Kairosoft and not the other way around.

Would be fun to finally put the touch screen to use in a game. I sometimes spent entire days on Game Dev Story, Grand Prix Story, Anime Studio Story, Mega Mall Story... Not even sure if I got the names right entirely, but you get the point. Kairosoft makes cute simple simulation titles.

But I'm more interested into the time when Game Dev Tycoon by Greenheart is coming to Switch.

Note taken, thanks to both of you.
