Hot Springs Story was released February 2011, Resort Empire was released February 2013.

That's why I sent you the wiki link, Game Dev Story was first released for Windows in 1997 and ported to mobile in 2010.

Resort empire was released in 2013, pretty sure they were inspired by Kairosoft and not the other way around.
