Yeah, I always try to be a positive guy and have always been against the extreme hate thrown at Bayonetta from the moment she was announced. I get where you're coming from, because I do agree people took it too far too fast, but man, it's become increasingly hard to endure this character in the last year or so as she slowly began to dominate the entirety of competitive Smash at all levels, being a constant presence not only at big name worldwide events, but also at local level. I've seen all sorts of players begin to pick her, even people I know who have sticked to their unique mains for a long time just began maining her out of nowhere because they wanna win...

And really, as I began to fight her more and more often because of that, it just became super hard to accept all the bullshit she does. She doesn't have one or two bullshit things or mechanics about her (in fact most Smash 4 characters do have that one bullshit gimmick), she's basically bullshit in everything she does. Witch time, bullshit. Witch twist, bullshit. Triple jump, bullshit. Ladder combos, bullshit. Kill confirms up to 200%, bullshit. Undisputable recovery, bullshit. Bullet arts on every move which deal knockback, bullshit. And especially bat within, bullshit. That stuff is seriously infuriating to play against, when you're doing well and you're landing a kill confirm or an awesome combo or literally anything and she bats within out of it because it's frame 1... No, I can't stand it. And after today, well, yeah, I'm done defending her from any of the hate, all of it is deserved.

Say that again after watching this last game lol. She's as auto-win as auto-win gets.

I do not get the Bayonetta hate. It is not like she is auto win. None of these players would beat Zero's Diddy anyway. But then if Zero were playing it would be, "nerf Diddy" as it was back then anyway. But the Bayonetta hate is especially confusing since it started before any Bayonetta won a major. Like, Zero was still winning everything, Ally was the only one beating Zero, and then a solid Luigi beat Zero. Yet all I was reading in every Twitch chat was, "nerf Bayo" and when I ask, "what major has Bayo won?" people would sidestep the question. The Smash community disappoints me so much sometimes.

For me, Bayonetta has won so many major's that it has gotten pretty boring to watch Smash 4, because its starting to feel predictable.
