I would like to add that LBJ's 'War on poverty' really held black Americans back and they were improving before the 'War on poverty' began. A disproportionate amount of black families suffered from fatherlessness because the policies replaced the father with the state. To this day, a lot of black children still grow up without a father figure and it really hurts their futures.

I find it odd democrats don't even acknowledge this as a problem, they only care to remedy it with more financial assistance.

When you do that I guess women don't have to be cautious about who drops jizz in them. A steady stream of money is coming either way.

This ultra-conservative hate filled and propaganda spewing class of muslims age new age modern varieties that did not exist in the past. I know we use modern positively most of the time but modern isn't always better. I would argue that modern muslims are way worse than classical muslims.

You're making a contradiction here. Also the root of a muslim isn't conquest, it's a strong moral character that's so good, it makes people want to learn a=more about islam. Modern muslims don't learn about their religion, other religions or other people. They believe false scholars and whatever the hell they are told. They believe in propaganda against jews, the west and even other sects. They don't consult actual scholars of the religion but choose to believe false ones. Their hate is stronger than their love, their vengeance is stronger than their mercy, their pride stronger than their humanity and their ignorance stronger than their thirst for knowledge. Islam without mercy, empathy, humanity and knowledge is a hollow vessel which any lunatic can fill up with whatever they want. when you take away the core and fundamentals of a belief system, you can twist and turn that system into your own liking and when the people twisting and turning are horrible, selfish, hate-filled individuals, that's the image you will get. Their priorities are whack, their worship in vain and they are lost. Olden times and people of the past have things to teach us that are good and not just characters to be reprimanded and looked as for things not to do. This sort of modernization is destructive and repetitive. To truly be better we need to look back and look forward. Look at the good in history as well as the bad and the good in ourselves and the bad in us. We don't just need to blindly move forward and rediscover things that we could've learned from our ancestors over and over again. Having a short term memory is detrimental and people of old have already dealt with many things we find difficulty in dealing with and they can help us if we let them. Modernization for the sakek of it is just as bad in my opinion

Lets just say, making it for everyone about peace and form the religion so that it cant be interpret as something that justifies violence .

But yeah indeed ,modernized doesn't really say much good in some cases. :p
