Heh cool. Yeah same. I've been (lazily) training at home since April. My gym account froze during lockdown but never came back. Funnily enough I think I've gained more muscle mass and a bit of fat but lost a bit of strength since I don't have the equipment to really push myself. Like not barbell, smith, T-Bar or resistance machines.

Still going lower weights, hypertrophy and more reps seem to be working more than going heavy, moderate for strength and mass. I can't wait for things to get back to normal though as the hassle of gyming it now just isn't worth it.

A good execution can help more than the extra weight on the machine. The training I done was able to activate all the muscles needed, and yes I had the impression of a minor gain in muscle but well that could have been just impression. But the difference was that for the 6 monthsin gym I was in cutting so not much muscle gaine, during quarantine I ate more and wasn't doing cardio and now back at gym I'm still on a small bulking.

This is the first PS console I'll have on day one. PS4 I waited til January of 2014, PS3 Christmas of 07, PS2 Christmas of 02, and PSone Christmas of 99.

Nice. As a long time PS gamer, I'm in the same boat. First time for me preordering a new PlayStation. This is one of strongest openings for PlayStation for sure. I was on board the choo choo train as soon as I saw Ragnarok announcement. I still can't believe the OG PS came out over 20 years ago! Time flies.

@DonFerrari

That's true. A good lift and form with lower weights is better than going heavy with bad form. Plus it lowers risk of injuries (had my fair share of those). Yeah, sometimes you can work too hard and burn too many calorie and not eating as much as you should to gain keeps you lean. Diet plays a massive role in goals. I don't know how gyms are like where you are but over here in the UK we have a limit of 1hour a session and it has to be booked in before.

The only PS system I bought on day one was the PSP. I have fallen in love with that little machine as soon as I have seen it I will probably buy the PS5 next year or the year after. I have a massive backlog of games and forcing myself to finish them, before investing more into games. I have a bad habit of spending litteraly thousands of $ on games only to finish half a dozen or so. With a 4K/60 (or maybe even 120)HZ/HDR enabled TV set and audio system that I am planning to get with it I might have to spend well over 2 grand on it, and currently I am saving up for a decent car.

But man, if Ratchet turns out to be as good as it looks, I might have to buy into it sooner. I mean that's a system seller for me

For the first time I'm seeing real results so I'm real happy. Before even after 1 year of gym I wouldn't really see muscle gain, sure in the first month or so I was able to almost double the weight I lifted but I didn't know enough I guess.

Now at 36 I'm finally getting consistent gains.

About the time of purchase I improved the lag every time. PS1 I bought in 2000 (so PS2 already released), PS2 I bought in 2005 (little before PS3 was to be released), PS3 I bought in 2009 (so about mid life) and PS4 I was able to buy in early 2014 and would buy earlier if I had been to usa earlier (here is like double the price due to taxes), if my friend goes to USA by december or january I'll try to have he bring one.

I trained at home for like 5 months, its been about 2 months since gym reopened here. So during quarantine I was able to keep up muscle but gained some fat.

8 games from 4000 is a good number? And mostly games hardly anyone cares about?

I meant the opposite........ And that was exactly the joke. Don't take this so seriously.

Ok then. Didn't look much like a joke the way it was written, but well we may not get those.

Those reflections during gameplay. Launch games have no business looking this good.

B-but but PS5 is so under-powered. Can't do 4K and raytracing. Will be SO much inferior to another box with near identical specs.

That looks great though xD

Any Watchdog fans.. WD Legion confirmed to be running 4K with RT at 30FPS

I wouldn't call myself a fan but I really enjoyed playing WD as one of my first PS4 games and I appreciated that they centered the story around just 1 main character. WD2 was good as well.

My problem with games like GTAV and WD Legion is that I'm not that immersed in a protagonist when I'm not able to stick with the same one through the whole campaign. Though I may try Legion at some point to see if the mechanics outweigh "the lack of narrative".

That NPC is pretty cute.
