The Switch isn't getting big AAA third party games, period. The games it does get are frankensteind and shit. Anything made to take advantage of PS4/X1 fully isn't coming to Switch. Even Monster Hunter World isn't coming to Switch because it's a technically ambitious game.

It's going to get plenty of Japanese software, but that's not going to hurt PS5. I don't understand what you think is going to start happening with the PS4, like it's just going to stop being relevant because the Switch will have some Japanese games in the future. And somehow that means PS5 is screwed?

Exactly, Doom, Wolfenstein 2, Ark, Paladin, Skyrim, SMTV, Bayonetta 3 are shitty small indie games for casual only

I've read what you quoted 5 times now and I don't see anything that says what you are arguing against. None of the games you mentioned, as they are or will be released on the Switch were "made to take advantage of the PS4/X1 fully". We can already see clear differences in terms of resolution, textures, and frame rate when it comes to Doom. Don't you think the same will be for Wolfenstein? Also, Paladins is a free-to-play game that was designed to be able to play on practically anything. The minimum recommendations for PC are a Core 2 Duo processor, something that was released 10-12 years ago and 2 GB RAM. Ark is only slightly higher.  SMT IV was on 3DS so I have no idea why you're bringing it up unless you think it's a big AAA third-party game on the level of Far Cry/Assassin's Creed/Battlefield/etc.

Basically, you completely misread what you were replying to and didn't contradict it in the slightest. The point is still crystal clear. Nothing that was made to take full advantage of the PS4/X1 fully will be on the Switch. It will have to be downgraded in various ways because the Switch doesn't even come close to the power needed. That doesn't mean that the Switch won't get third-party support. It'll just get similar third-party support that the 3DS/Wii U got.

Exactly. doom is 1080p/60fps, now its a 600p/25fps, its a butchered version, and Wolfenstein will be the same. the other games i have no idea what he's arguing about, and bayoneta is funded and published by nintendo.

So? Can you continue playing Doom while going to the bus station, and then on the bus with your PS4? The graphical differences don't make it a different game.

@Quickrick: Doom got updated in the meanwhile and running pretty smoothly at 720/30 now. It's not 1080/60, but for something you can bring everywhere, it's not bad at all.

It all depends on software output. I think I'll be able to make a better prediction after E3 and towards the end of year when Nintendo said they'll be focusing on 2019 games. 3D Mario and Zelda are great and do push Nintendo hardware, but not like Pokemon, Animal Crossing, Smash Bros. and 2D Mario do.

Its 3d mario, zelda, splatoon 2, and mario kart. Mario kart and 3d Mario will out sell all those games except for pokemon.

First, i replied to this sentence: "The Switch isn't getting big AAA third party games, period" so i assume those games i mentioned are small budget indies games. Second, since when i said Switch can get big AAA third-party game on the level of Far Cry/Assassin's Creed/Battlefield/etc? Third, Doom/Wolfenstein/Paladins/L.A.Noire which we never though they could come to Switch but it happened. Fourth, i said SMTV, not IV, are your eyes OK? And if SMTV which use UE4 engine and a full 3D game is small then Persona 5 is also a small budget game, isn't it? LOL. Fifth, almost nothing that was made to take full advantage of the touchscreen and joy-cons fully of the Switch will be on ps4/xbox 1 like The World End With You. Final, "It'll just get similar third-party support that the 3DS/Wii U got", i don't remember they get any game from From Software, Bethesda, Rockstar Games or UE4 game. Your point?

Agree with you, we can play these games for ps4/xbox anywhere and on the go, just bring the system with a TV as well as hope for 2 charge sockets, easy peasy. The World End With You and SMTV must be money hat just like Persona 5, LOL

seeing the games that will be realeased this and next year i don't think so, the best has still to come

I didn't say stable 30fps. And as your video itself says, it's much closer to 720/30 than the 600/25 you're claiming.
