The Engine is showcasing some good capabilities as well.
Some fantastic water and material shaders, global illumination, the works. Texture work could be better though, well... Except for the rock textures, but they were amazing in Halo 5 as well.
The sprites stuck out like a sore thumb, but it is what it is.
Hoping they push the visuals a bit harder than that for the Xbox One X though, because I feel she can give a little more than that.

Main reason I watched the show was for the possibility of a Fable 4. I miss that franchise!

The show itself was good, but the new exclusive announcements could have been better.

To be fair Halo, Gears and Forza are three solid franchises so there's nothing that can be taken away from that. But maybe 1 or 2 new IP's on their level would have been nice.

I just want all Halo games to come to pick, I'd totally buy that (especially if steam compatible so I can stream to my projector).

The trouble I have giving this conference higher than an 8 is that it feels like we know next to nothing about some of the bigger names. I give it a 7.5 because it COULD have been a lot better with more gameplay. For example, I was looking forward to Cyberpunk information but that video left me cold. I'm not going to go crazy over stuff like that. It was a very good presentation format but the actual scope of the content brings it down a little.

Of course, I feel like I'm working with a different scale than a lot of people, since I will probably never give a 10, so a 7.5 from me is quite good.
