tbh this was over when Cavani got injured. He's the biggest attacking threat we have and our first defender too.

France head on, my prediction marches on but will face the hardest test of all, Brazil are the likely opponents but France will dispatch Belgium if they were to get through. France I think are the European team with the best record against South Americans.
I'm surprised I was the only one to think they could win the whole WC.

During the group stages France wasn't looking that strong

IMO embellishing a foul should be a yellow card and completely faking one should be a red.

At least I predicted France would advance :-|
Well gg.
Time to root for Brazil! Just need to avoid the thread after they win.
As expected, Uruguay lost their sting without Cavani up top, Suarez looked almost ready for retirement today. They're a really strong defensive side but France were really good on the offense today, they're getting better and better as the tournament moves on, but Argentina showed that they can concede goals if you put your mind to it so they're far from safe. Right now, France are looking stronger than Brazil, but we'll see how Brazil fare tonight against Belgium, I expect a victory for the Brazilians even though I'd like to see Belgium through to the semis.
