My thinking is, the real sales volumes to reverse the positions which the Best seller lists show would tend to favour the switch since the Best seller positions actually lag the sales that determine them by a bit. 

Whichever way it goes though, it will be close between the PS4 and the Switch.

Considering how exact the prediction was on the ratio between Switch and PS4 in both NPD months tracked here, I would say no, we're not yet in toss-up territory. For that, they must be very close to each other, in this case Switch would need to get up to around 0.95. It still has a couple days to make it happen, though.

I have an "access denied error code 16, the request was blocked by the security rules".

I think it is due to the fact I am trying to access from a french IP :( When I try to go to Gamestop.com, I am redirected to Micromania.fr (french subsidiary). When I try to go directly to the gamestop best selling list, I got the error... I hope it is only temporary...

Eh merde! Didn't know Micromania was a subsidiary of Gamestop. Would really suck if you had bought some PC games in their online shop (or worse, Stardock Impulse, which Gamestop bought and turned into their shop) and not being able to reach it anymore.

With that said, here's the chart:

PS4 Pro 1TB version: 38 (+2)

PS4 1TB version: 55 (+19)

Nintendo Switch Neon: 88 (+25)

Xbox ONE S 500GB with 50$ Gamestop card: 154 (NEW)(-50$) (though listed normal price is 329.99, which seems too high for me, especially with the 1TB version then being cheaper)

Xbox ONE S 1TB Shadow of War with 50$ Gamestop card: 156 (-21)

Nintendo Switch Gray: 178 (-22)

 

I leave you with the computation of all this, you got a better view at the data.
