Cave Story ------- 2 hours
Puyo Puyo Tetris - 4 Hours
Mario + Rabbids - 35 Hours
Mario Odyssey -- 55 Hours
Dragon Quest Builders - 65 Hours
Stardew Valley -- 90 Hours
Mario Kart 8 DX - 90 Hours
Has-Been Heroes - 95 Hours
Zelda: Breath of the Wild - 105 Hours
Xenoblade 2 --- 140 Hours
Disgaea 5 ------ 150 Hours

Approximate Total: 832 Hours Gameplay time on Nintendo Switch in 1 year. :)

Overall, I definitely feel like I got more value out of Nintendo Switch's first year than any other console's launch year.

I've only had the Switch since October, but about 90% or more of my gaming time since then has been on Switch (with a little on SNES Mini while I finished Final Fantasy 6).

80 hours - Breath of the Wild
70 hours - Xenoblade Chronicles 2
35 hours - Mario Odyssey
25 hours - Splatoon 2
20 hours - Fire Emblem Warriors
15 hours - Stardew Valley
10 hours - Mario Kart 8 DX
10 hours - Mario + Rabbids Kingdom Battle
5 hours - Sonic Mania
4 hours - Tiny Metal
4 hours - Lovers in a Dangerous Spacetime

Somewhere in the region of ~ 280 hours in 4 months (given Switch's odd way of registering hours played, these times are rough estimates). I have Oxenfree, Bayonetta, Bayonetta 2 and Dragon Quest Builders to play, too.

The Eldar Scrolls V: Skyrim - 45 hours
Super Mario Odyssey - 20 hours
Fifa 18 - 15 hours
Mario Kart 8 Deluxe - 10.hours

Oh that's a good question.

I did some math.

Edit: missed a few non-Switch games! Added below, and percentage recalculated.

Games:
Switch - 27 games
PS4 - 16 games
XOne - 13 games
PSV - 4 games
3DS - 4 games
PS3 - 3 games
Xbox - 1 game
SNES - 1 game

I'd say about 250 hours of gaming across those Switch games, with BotW taking up about 36% of that. I'd guess I spent about 400 hours across the other platforms. So I spent roughly 38% of the last year playing Switch.
