Forums - Nintendo - Underappreciated Switch games?

I vote Golf Story. Seriously. It's great. I just beat it yesterday night.

Well, Oxenfree is on sale here in europe, and so I thought, what the hell. Started it playing today, and it instantly got me. I thought it would be interesting, but it is more, it's really great. This is how you make a modern adventure game.

I enjoyed Oxenfree as interactive story, but a good adventure game needs more and better puzzles.

I would recommend "Thimbleweed Park" for adventure fans.

The main reason I made this thread was to get ideas and steal them. There was some game I heard about maybe a month ago that was supposed to be so awesome. I forgot what it was but I think it was Thimbleweed Park. If that's what it was, I'll get it today!

Fire Emblem Warriors for me. The gameplay refinements over Hyrule Warriors are fantastic, and it dissapoints me how many people wrote it off due to its roster. It’s not perfect, but it’s genuinely enjoyable to play, and offers a lot of content. Just started working on some of extra challenges in History Mode, and have started the first DLC pack.

Maybe Xenoblade Chronicles 2 as well, simply by virtue of how much I loved that game. Relatively well appreciated isn’t nearly enough!

Bomberman for me, never see anyone talking about it.

In February I'm looking forward to the Switch ports of Owlboy and The Darkside Detective

I already have both on PC (thanks to my secret Santa and the Humble Monthly Bundle), but maybe I double dip.

Stikbold Dodgeball Adventure. Goofy little game, short but fun experience.
